Oh is a Boov who wants to fit in with his fellow Boovs, although he never has. He's brave and heroic, even if he may not seem like it at first. Moreover, he is naive, talkative, optimistic and a bit annoying. He only planned to escape from the Boovs' enemies until he met Tip. Since then his only wish has been to help her find her mother.
