Oscar is a fish with big dreams. He’s a bottom feeder that wants to be a somebody in his community. That’s why he lies his way to fame. In the end, however, his struggles change him into a fish grateful for all that he already has. He realizes that it’s enough to be a somebody in the eyes of the people who love him, like Angie.
